KC is a registered patent attorney and has extensive experience in a wide range of corporate and intellectual property transactions. His experience includes a broad range of business transactions including business formation, mergers and acquisitions, asset sales, and a variety of supply chain and sales contracts. KC also has deep intellectual property experience, including patent, trademark and copyright prosecution, licensing and litigation. He has counseled executive on building IP strategies designed to focus resources to align with corporate objectives and maximize returns on IP assets. KC’s understanding of technology is rooted in his background as a patent attorney, having worked with hundreds of engineers and prosecuted over 100 patent applications.
Before joining SDCG, KC held the position of CEO at Fieldsheer Apparel Technologies, an early stage e-textile and wearables startup that brought a full line of leading consumer product to market. KC also has direct experience building teams and strategies to monetize digital signal processing, home integration and automated vehicle technologies.
KC holds a BS and JD. He is a member of the San Diego North County Bar Association, and he is admitted to practice in the State of California and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

He also worked in executive management roles at Razer Gaming and Gaming-Entertainment Technologies, Inc. He was lead Strategist at a large marketing agency. He’s also VC and Angel funded companies.
Tito is an industry expert who presents at conferences throughout the U.S. He is active in professional and community organizations; including the AMA and CMO groups. He’s also served in the board of the Ronald McDonald House Charities and the California Corporate Council Leadership Institute. He volunteers and mentors actively. Tito is also a marketing advisor with Connect, the business incubator.
Tito is also an adept marketing educator in Southern California, currently serving as adjunct faculty and professor of marketing at UCLA and Cal State San Marcos. His topics have ranged from the principles of marketing to the capstone course on marketing strategy, as well as executive management courses.
