Tito brings years of marketing expertise and management leadership. His relentless focus on the optimum omnichannel retail experience built his top credentials. He formerly served marketing roles across top Fortune 100 brands such as AT&T, McDonald’s, PepsiCo, and H&R Block. He also worked in executive management roles at Razer Gaming and Gaming-Entertainment Technologies, Inc. He was lead Strategist at a large marketing agency. He’s also VC and Angel funded companies.
Tito is an industry expert who presents at conferences throughout the U.S. He is active in professional and community organizations; including the AMA and CMO groups. He’s also served in the board of the Ronald McDonald House Charities and the California Corporate Council Leadership Institute. He volunteers and mentors actively. Tito is also a marketing advisor with Connect, the business incubator.
Tito is also an adept marketing educator in Southern California, currently serving as adjunct faculty and professor of marketing at UCLA and Cal State San Marcos. His topics have ranged from the principles of marketing to the capstone course on marketing strategy, as well as executive management courses.

Scott brings over 16 years of career engineering, sales and project management experience with military, commercial, and state agency surveillance and security projects. He has provided engineering design for integrating complex systems that include: Radar, thermal and visual cameras, video management systems, access control, physical security information management (PSIM), wired and licensed/unlicensed networks, and computer servers/workstations. These systems have included both overt and covert surveillance systems.
Scott has managed multiple, multi-million dollar contracts. These projects included the above mentioned systems and involved management of organic and inorganic team members, system design, installation, and acceptance testing. Emphasis was placed on maintaining customer satisfaction by successfully managing requirements, budget, schedule, and delivery of agreed upon systems.

Chris is a visionary Quality and Technical Leader with more than 14 years of comprehensive experience in both commercial and defense spaces. He specializes in test, validation and release with a keen eye for bringing technical products to market. He draws from significant test experience from supporting flight tests at Edwards Air Force Base with Northrop Grumman as well as serving as validation and test manager for consumer products at GoPro.
As a Technical Engineering Leader, Chris has co-invented and developed complex software to automate challenging validation processes for autonomous vehicles. He is experienced with Agile software development methodology from managing and prioritizing scrums. With a process-oriented approach, Chris has shaped many organizations to streamline all levels of their product lifecycle.
Chris maintains a reputation for efficiency and accuracy while executing to program and schedule needs. He is widely recognized for his proactive approach, for being a confident problem solver and a strong decision maker.
